AEO Registry – End User Agreement (EUA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AEORegistry.com ("Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by this End User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AEORegistry.com provides tools and hosting services to create and publish structured "Answer Engine Optimization" (AEO) pages intended to improve machine-readability and discoverability by AI systems, search engines, and voice assistants. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, indexing frequency, traffic results, or inclusion in AI/voice search responses.

3. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that:

• Search engine and AI/voice assistant algorithms are controlled by third parties, not AEO Registry.
• We cannot and do not promise specific placement, ranking, traffic levels, or visibility in any search or AI system.
• Any examples, case studies, or statistics provided are illustrative only and not guarantees.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, lawful, and non-infringing content for your AEO page.
• Ensuring you have all rights to publish any text, images, or other materials you submit.
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies.
• Keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Hosting & Content

You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant AEO Registry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your AEO page as part of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content we deem, at our sole discretion, unlawful, offensive, or harmful to our operations or reputation.

6. Technical Limitations

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
• Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may cause downtime.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from service interruptions or technical failures.

7. Third-Party Crawlers & Indexing

• The frequency, depth, and method of crawling/indexing by search engines, AI systems, and voice assistants are beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for how third parties interpret, display, or use your content.

8. Payment & Renewals

• Fees for page creation and hosting are billed as specified at checkout.
• Hosting renewals will be billed automatically unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AEO Registry and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AEO Registry from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your content or its use;
• Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
• Your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or create risk or legal exposure for us.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
